Item must be deem repairable by Little Happiness



  • Resizing: FOC within 7 days from time of delivery, Thereafter @ $10
  • Restringing: FOC for first time, Subsequent restringing @ $10
  • Broken or Missing Parts: FOC for first time, Subsequent charges @ $5 for Clasp, Chain, Beads, Ring or Needle
  • Missing Crystal: Charge @ $10-$50 depending on size and type of crystal
  • Full Hardware Change: Charge @ 50% of original retail price per piece 



  • Broken Parts: FOC for first time, Subsequent replacement @ $5
  • For broken chain that’s deem beyond repairable, customer may opt to purchase a brand new necklace @ $10 (U.P. $20)



  • Normal wear and tear includes scratches, natural aging of hardware and tarnish/discolouration. These will not be covered under complimentary servicing
  • If tarnishing happens, please follow aftercare instructions here
  • For replacement of these hardware, charges apply under "broken parts" category


If there is a defect, please contact us within 24 hours from time of delivery. Eligibility will be void after 24 hours based on receiving time stamp and/or if there are signs of wear. Click here for exchange & return policy

Return postage costs is to be borne by the buyer and is non-refundable. Trackable shipping service or shipping insurance is highly encouraged as exchange will only be processed upon receipt of the original item.
