Please read and understand below exchange and return policy before any purchase. All goods sold are strictly non-exchangeable and non-refundable – with the following exceptions:
Damaged or faulty due to manufacturing defects
Goods delivered are incorrect
As all designs are customised to your wrist size and hand curated with natural crystals, your design may differ in length, colour, pattern and/or size. Natural crystals that are non-treated are bound to vary in sizes, shapes, colour, scratches and natural imperfections and are not counted under manufacturing defects.
We will also not be liable for any damages and/or missing parcels during shipment as the responsibility had been handed over to the appointed courier service provider.
Please contact us within 24 hours from time of delivery should there be a defect. Eligibility will be void after 24 hours based on receiving time stamp and/or if there are signs of wear. Affected goods have to be received by Little Happiness within 1 week from receiving time stamp if not eligibility will be void.

Return postage costs is to be borne by the buyer and is non-refundable. Trackable shipping service or shipping insurance is highly encouraged as exchange will only be processed upon receipt of the original item. Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified.
